Bag full of dreams
Jo Chapman was the lead artist of Unpicked Meadows and invited Mark to run a workshop using recycled paper bags as vessels to hold the experience of the meadows.
10 tasks were set - from the ephemeral;catching the wind;leaving a dream or placing a memory inside the bag; to collecting leafs; pebbles; dancing like a river; composing a song; building stick sculptures; finding smells and animal shaped trees.
Once each task was completed the bag was stamped with a coloured potato cut, and family's enthusiastically decorated their bags to achieve the ultimate accolade of task master.
