Chilterns Gateway Visitors’ Centre Sculpture Project : Sept 2007 – March 2008

Commissioned by The National Trust and Bedfordshire County Council. Mark delivered five very successful workshops with over 50 participants from diverse backgrounds, inspired by the breathtaking views over the Chilterns. Their responses were captured in drawings, paintings and sculptural emblems, which Mark cast in transparent acrylic and embedded into 20 oak posts, creating the sculpture trail named the ‘jewelled walk’.
